Former Liverpool defender Glen Johnson has recently been talking about Arsenal winger and reported Reds target Bukayo Saka.

The 37-year-old said that the Englishman would benefit from moving to Anfield. However, Johnson believes that Saka would cost Liverpool quite a bit of money.

The winger's contract expires in June 2024. Saka possesses a current market value of €65 million.

Anfield Watch Verdict

We completely agree with Johnson. Saka is a player that we would love to see Liverpool sign. The winger is a top player.

Saka has scored seven goals and registered four assists in 23 appearances for Arsenal this season.

The 20-year-old has also been averaging a WhoScored player rating of 6.92.

The aforementioned figures highlight that Saka is capable of performing for a big Premier League club.

Therefore, we are confident that the Englishman would be able to handle the pressure of playing for the Reds.

Hopefully we see Liverpool make a move for Saka in the near future.
