Mohamed Salah's Egypt came up against Morocco in the Africa Cup of Nations quarter-finals yesterday.

Egypt ended up defeating Morocco 2-1 after extra time. Once the match had come to an end, Morocco wing-back Achraf Hakimi was visibly upset.

However, as you can see in the footage via the link, Salah made the effort to console the 23-year-old.

The video has been provided by The Anfield Buzz's Twitter account.

Anfield Watch Verdict

Salah is one of the best footballers in the world. The 29-year-old has won two Premier League Golden Boots, which backs up what we are saying.

But, the aforementioned footage highlights that Salah is also a great person.

On another note, Egypt will face Cameroon in the semi-finals of the Africa Cup of Nations.
