Liverpool have a chance to sign a truly fantastic Brazilian talent. Fabrizio Romano's latest claim is just the beginning.

Liverpool aren't done reshaping their attack and that's something you don't need to look very hard for before it's incredibly apparent. They've got four left-wingers in their first-team and zero right-wingers.

That's a problem by anyone's standards. Liverpool have a selection of wingers who all want the same point of attack and playing someone out of position every week is the only answer right now.

We fully expect that to change. Liverpool wanted to change it in the summer, admittedly, but they were unable to find the left-footed attacker that they wanted, despite chasing a few.

One of those, however, is now more on the market than ever.

Endrick is more available than ever

Fabrizio Romano claimed this week that Liverpool did make a serious approach for Endrick in the summer. That approach came to nothing, unfortunately, as the player was unsure about leaving Real Madrid and Real Madrid were unsure about letting him go.

But things have followed a predictable pattern since. Endrick struggles for minutes at Real Madrid and now it appears he's going to depart in January, even just initially on loan.

AS are among those reporting that. Many clubs, primarily in Italy, hope to strike a temporary deal for Endrick, with Aston Villa leading the Premier League charge.

This is just the beginning, though. Liverpool wanted a permanent deal for Endrick and we do believe things are heading in that direction - even if the Brazilian needs another loan before reality truly hits him.

Real Madrid have their faith in Kylian Mbappe, with little room for Endrick to play regularly. They're chasing Michael Olise on the wing, too, eliminating another role for him.

Liverpool never signed an alternative to Endrick, however. Their place for him still very much exists and we fully believe that the approach in the summer was merely their first attempt at landing him.

He is, after all, a fantastic player and one we've consistently pushed for as a signing. Liverpool won't give up after just one failed attempt - there's simply no reason to.

Being one of the first major clubs to make a serious approach will only help things, too. Endrick needs to move somewhere that truly has faith in him and Liverpool have demonstrated that already. There's a long way to go but we're still confident that this story hasn't been fully told.
