Reds boss Jurgen Klopp is anticipating the arrival of Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Adama Traore, according to El Nacional, as cited by The Anfield Buzz’s Twitter account.

Liverpool have been linked with a move for the 25-year-old in the past. Traore’s contract expires in June 2023.

The Spain international possesses a current market value of €30 million.

We don’t want to see the club make a move for Traore. Yes, the winger is blessed with power and speed.

However, the reality is, Traore has only scored 10 goals and registered 18 assists in 140 appearances for Wolves’ first-team.

The aforementioned figures highlight that the Spain international does not score or create enough goals.

With that being the case, we believe that Liverpool would be better off targeting another winger.

We would like to see the club sign a forward that will challenge the likes of Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmimo and Diogo Jota.

The report from El Nacional certainly implies that Liverpool will make a move for Traore. However, only time will tell if that is to be the case.
