Richard Hughes signs Liverpool the best in the world
There are plenty of areas in Liverpool's team that you could consider to be 'world-class'.
Mohamed Salah and Virgil Van Dijk are just two examples of players at the top of their game.

Behind them two, you've got Alisson Becker who has largely been considered the best goalkeeper in the world for several years now, although until now, the depth behind him has been less impressive.
This is not to slur Coamhin Kelleher, by the way, who has been exceptional over the last few years, but the Reds have got a goalkeeping department that blows everyone else's out of the water now.
No one has better goalkeepers than Liverpool
This might feel like a bold claim, but when it's all broken down, you will see the logic here.
As mentioned, Alisson is world renowned for being the best. Behind him, you will now find Giorgi Mamardashvili, who is one of the most impressive up and coming goalkeepers in the world, having shone in La Liga and for Georgia in the World Cup three years ago.
He signed for just £29m last season, although he's only joining the team from this upcoming campaign, but he has ambitions of surpassing Alisson straight away. He doesn't want to be No. 2.
Behind him, you've got the experienced third choice keeper in Freddie Woodman, who moved from Preston for free this summer, and against his former team on Sunday, the 28-year-old had had a remarkable performance between the sticks, making nine accurate long-balls in 46 minutes.
Liverpool of course like to play out from the back, but going long has always been an approach that the team has kept in their locker and he's proved that he can excel while playing that way already.
And then you have Armin Pecsi, who is a young talent that many have already been dazzled by, since he has experience playing European football despite still being 20 years old. An expert on Hungarian football spoke to Anfield Watch and praised his technique, comparing it to David De Gea.
In case you aren't convinced, all three of the new additions can be considered upgrades.
Mamardashvili takes over from Kelleher, which is a huge scalp, because it was difficult to envisage anyone being able to displace Alisson, whereas the Georgian has a legitimate change of doing so.
Woodman takes over from Viteslav Jaros, who remains at the academy. Bring a wealth of experience to the third-choice role is going to be important. You want a trusty pair of hands if they're needed.
And then you can look at Pecsi as an upgrade on Harvey Davies, who won't join the Reds from Crawley Town until May next season. The 21-year-old Englishman is still learning his trade.
Of course, the elephant in the room is that Liverpool can only field one goalkeeper at a time, so depth in the position isn't required. But there should be no concerns about the future of the position, because an extraordinary amount of planning has taken place already.
