Liverpool's Sadio Mane has said that he will reveal his future after the Champions League final.

Speaking to the Echo, as quoted by Anfield Watch's Twitter account, the Reds forward emphasised that he will give everyone what they 'want to hear' in regards to his future after tomorrow night's European Cup final against Real Madrid.

"Honestly I think the answer I can give you now is I feel very good, and I am fully focused on the Saturday game, that is the answer I must give before the final," Mane said.

"But come back to me on Saturday and I will give you the best answer you want to hear, for sure. It’s special. I will give you all you want to hear then. Saturday, come back and I will give you the answer I promise.

"But for now let's go and win the Champions League because I have no time for other things. I will do everything possible to win it because it is my and all the boys' biggest dream, then I will give you the answers.

“I love what I am doing and I sacrifice myself all the time; I am working hard every single day on the pitch and in the gym and I get better and better, that’s the most important. I am trying my best to help the team.”

Anfield Watch Verdict

With Mane's contract set to expire at the end of the 2022-23 season, Liverpool have a massive decision to make regarding his future.

Bayern Munich are reportedly interested in signing the Liverpool forward and they think they can get him for less than €50 million this summer.

Paris Saint-Germain are also said to be in the race for the Senegal international's signature this summer, even after they agreed a new contract with superstar Kylian Mbappe.

With all that in mind, it looks like Mane, who has been at Liverpool since 2016, will finally depart Anfield after six very successful years on Merseyside.

Whatever happens this summer, Mane will always be considered a Liverpool legend and his legacy will live on forever.
