Star announces he WANTS to join Liverpool
Players are now publically admitting they want to play for Liverpool, including an exciting Brazilian star.
Remember the days of Roy Hodgson? The days when the Reds were trying to sign the likes of Carlton Cole. The days when Liverpool did actually sign players like Cristian Poulsen and Danny Wilson as big marquee signings.

In those days, Liverpool could only dream about the Champions League. Those were the days when the Reds had truly been knocked off their perch.
But thankfully those days are long behind them. Jurgen Klopp made sure of that and Arne Slot is carrying on from where he left off.
Obviously, the club's recruitment team also deserves massive credit in the way they have transformed the club.
We are now in a situation where players are not only keen on joining Liverpool but practically begging at times to arrive at Anfield.
We had Hugo Ekitike, Milos Kerkez and Florian Wirtz all reject big proposals in order to join Liverpool. Alexander Isak is still holding out for that move.
Marc Guehi also seems to be keen.
On top of that, emerging young talents are now openly admitting they want to join the club and dream of signing for Slot's men.
Among them is a Brazilian phenom, who has already been on Liverpool's transfer radar in Gabriel Pec.
The Brazilian forward who plays for LA Galaxy has been in incredible form since he joined the North American side.
Pec has 50 goal contributions in 72 appearances for LA Galaxy. He's shown he's ready for the next step and has definitely outgrown the MLS with his performances.
Now in a recent interview with Brazilian outlet Lance, Pec also admitted he wants to join Liverpool.
"I am very grounded and understand the level at which I am progressing and where I can go from here, then to the next level, where I can go after that... But I'll share a 'top' dream: I have a very strong desire in my heart to one day reach Liverpool," Pec said.
"I don't know why, but l've developed a great affection for Liverpool. And seeing Salah too, who is a guy I look up to in football. The fans and the stadium... I've grown a great fondness for Liverpool, a strong desire to one day, God willing, wear Liverpool's jersey."
The LA Galaxy star is actually on Liverpool's radar, so this is an interesting comment. Undoubtedly, Liverpool will have been keeping an eye on him considering his profile as a left-footed right-winger, who can also play as a forward.
He's 24-years-old now so he's at a perfect age to make the next step. You'd imagine he needs a stepping stone between the MLS and Liverpool.
But if he can continue performing the way he has at LA Galaxy and become a star elsewhere, he might just have a small flicker of hope fulfilling that dream of his.
Long gone are the days of Liverpool being stuck in mediocrity. We're the team everybody wants to join now.
