Liverpool ready to make another signing AFTER Jeremie Frimpong
Liverpool’s first signing of the summer is now all but official.
Jeremie Frimpong will join the Reds in a deal worth €35 million (£29.5m), with reports stating the Dutchman is due to have a medical in England before signing a five-year contract.

This news broke just hours after a new deal for Conor Bradley was announced and the pair are expected to work in tandem to replace the outgoing Trent Alexander-Arnold.
Richard Hughes and Arne Slot have got the work done on their first signing of the summer, but the window is expected to be a busy one and focus is already shifting to a second incoming.
Liverpool to step up Milos Kerkez Pursuit after agreeing Frimpong deal
According to a report from Caught Offside, the Reds have made Bournemouth left-back Milos Kerkez their next top target now that a deal for Frimpong is almost done.
The report states that Bournemouth have set a £45 million price tag on the Hungarian defender and that the wheels are already in motion for Liverpool to sign him.

Anfield Watch exclusively revealed that talks had begun over the signing of Kerkez before Christmas, and now it looks like a deal could be getting close.
Bournemouth have already confirmed their first departure of the summer, former Liverpool target Dean Huijsen, and so it seems feasible that a deal for Kerkez could be agreed before the end of the Premier League season.
What Kerkez’s arrival would mean at Liverpool
If the 21-year-old does sign for the Reds, it is highly likely that one of either Andrew Robertson or Kostas Tsimikas will be sold.
There has been interest reported in both of Liverpool's left-backs, but Tsimikas seems to be the most likely to depart with Leeds a potential suitor.
Assuming an agreement is reached in the next few weeks, Slot’s side will have agreed deals for both a new left-back and right-back – two of the club’s biggest priorities – before the transfer window is even officially open.

A number of other positions, including striker and holding midfield, are also set to be addressed and Frimpong and Kerkez could be the first of many dominos to fall at Anfield this summer.
