Speaking before the game against Manchester United, Mohamed Salah admitted that, ever since a child, he had a soft spot for Liverpool, playing as them on PlayStation. His desire to play for the club first began when he visited Anfield as a Chelsea player, however, as the atmosphere left him in awe.

Of course, as fate would have it, a few years down the line, he was a Liverpool player, and, ever since, he has not looked back. Now, he doesn’t watch on as a rival player at Anfield. Instead, he helps to create the famous, magical atmosphere.
