Liverpool can fulfil Christmas wish by signing NEXT Milos Kerkez
Liverpool are in search of a left-back in order to further reinforce Arne Slot's squad.
As Anfield Watch exclusively reported one of the players the club has held talks with is Milos Kerkez, who is at the top of the list to replace Andy Robertson and become Liverpool's future left-back.

If the transfer goes through Kerkez would become the second Hungarian in the Liverpool squad - a testament to the country's growing profile in world football with plenty more arriving in English football's second and third tiers over the last seasons or so as well.
Which is why Liverpool should be keeping a close eye on the talent pool in the country and a close eye on one player in particular who is now following in the footsteps of Kerkez.
Why Milan Gyorfi is the next Milos Kerkez
Kerkez first made a name for himself in Hungary's second tier, breaking through as a teenager and catching the attention of AC Milan.
At the time, he was by far the most exciting young full-back to have emerged in Hungary over the course of the last two decades.
However, during the autumn part of the current 2024/25 campaign there is another very exciting prospect in Milan Gyorfi who could follow in the footsteps of Kerkez in years to come.
The 18-year-old has emerged out of nowhere at Paks to become the club's first-choice wing-back. And in 11 senior first-team appearances so far he has an impressive tally of four assists and one goal.
Gyorfi has elements of Kerkez in his game, but he plays on the right rather than the left.
He's got the same dynamism and explosiveness as Kerkez possessing an abundance of energy on the pitch.
He's a very proactive player on the ball and he's always looking to cause danger averaging almost 8 passes into the opposition's penalty area per 90 minutes for Paks so far this season.
Not to mention he also averages 14.63 dribbles per 90 and has a success rate of 55%, which is more than seven successful dribbles per 90 minutes.
It's a small sample size at the moment, but Gyorfi looks like one of the most exciting young prospects to have emerged from Hungary since Kerkez.
At 18 years old, he's got a very bright future ahead of him and he is the kind of young prospect Liverpool should absolutely be looking to pursue. Especially, when there is some uncertainty in the right-back role given Trent Alexander-Arnold hasn't tied himself down to a new contract just yet.
That's the reason why he's on our Christmas wishlist. Gyorfi is one to watch. Remember the name.
