Two MORE teams now think they can sign in-demand Liverpool winger
Federico Chiesa has been the subject of intense transfer interest from several teams in Serie A throughout the January transfer window.
We revealed at the start of the month the scale of the struggles the Italian was facing having made his move from Juventus back in the summer.

Chiesa, 27, had found it difficult to settle in the North West and had informed the Reds’ decision-makers of his wish to return to Italy.
Accordingly Inter, AC Milan, Roma, Fiorentina, Napoli and Atalanta were all tentatively linked with his signature - either on loan or else on a permanent deal.
Napoli emerged as the frontrunners when the deal to take Khvicha Kvaratskhelia to Paris Saint-Germain materialised.
However, it would appear the trail has gone cold for now with both Chiesa - and Liverpool - resolving to close the door on a potential January deal.
The Euro 2020 winner has begun to re-establish himself in and around Arne Slot’s first team in the past few weeks with an FA Cup goal against Accrington Stanley preceding a Premier League appearance against Brentford and 15 minutes in the Champions League against Lille.
Villarreal and Besiktas want Chiesa
But Italian sources are not giving up hope on the forward returning home this month.
Romaforever.it now claims that a deal could be done in the final days of the transfer window and added that two MORE teams have entered the race for his signature.
Surprisingly, neither is an Italian team with Villarreal in LaLiga and Besiktas - now coached by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer - named as potential suitors.
If either of those teams were successful in luring Liverpool into doing business it would be a disappointment to Italy coach Luciano Spalletti. With Chiesa dropping out of the Azzurri squad since his Liverpool move, Spalletti wants him back under his surveillance in Serie A.
“I would be very happy to have him under control,” – he told Vivo Azzurro TV earlier this week. “There are few players with his ability to look you in the eye and break through the line in front of them.”
