€35m star says YES to Liverpool move
This summer, Liverpool now face the unenviable task of replacing Trent Alexander-Arnold, an enigma of the modern game.
While his defensive work can easily be improved on - an aspect of his game that he openly struggled with - the attacking attributes of the full-back will be incredibly difficult to find again.

Given how complex the challenge of replacing him will be, work is already underway about how the club might decide to go about it and the creativity of the transfer links has been intriguing.
The latest player to be name-dropped by David Ornstein has created a polarising reaction from fans.
'Frimpong has been mentioned in a number of reports so far'
While he might have been branded as a right-back, Trent's game was based predominantly on his freedom to bomb up and down the pitch, creating chances for the forwards.
As such, he was more of a wing-back than anything else, despite playing in a back four system.
So one of the bets ways to replace him is by lurking in the wing-back market, and a move for one of the best assets in the position is reportedly a concrete possibility.
Reporting for NBC Sports, Ornstein said: "If they went for something different, more multi-faceted, there are players potentially on the market like a Jeremy Frimpong at Bayer Leverkusen.
"He has a €35m (£30m) release clause, something in the region of that, as I understand it. I also believe that he would be keen to join Liverpool, if they decide to go down that route.
"They will have other options as well, but Frimpong has been mentioned in a number of reports so far."
Meanwhile, Sky Sports Switzerland has reported that Frimpong's entourage has been in contact with Liverpool for weeks and he has already given his 'approval' to join the Reds, practically saying yes to a potential transfer to Anfield.
Fans' immediate concern might be that the Reds will be defensively open, as they often were when Trent played and disregarded his duties - leaving Ibrahima Konate to cover him down the right side.
However, Frimpong at Anfield would be an exciting prospect. He is just one assist away from making it three consecutive seasons with 10 assists to his name which is remarkable.
Furthermore, he has scored 27 goals in that three-year span as well. Offensively he is a spectacular.
Defensively, however, he is all at sea. Arne Slot could attempt to work with him on that aspect of his game, but the more you change his focus, the more you neglect the Dutchman's main skillset.
As such, a move for Frimpong - as reasonable as it is for just £30m - might only be a possibility is Liverpool decide to change their system all of a sudden to properly adopt a wing-back.

Nonetheless, the basic fact that the club is assessing the options on the market suggests that there is an urgency to Liverpool's strategy and should be music to the fans' ears.
