There's a wonderkid in Liverpool's academy playing just like Mohamed Salah at the moment.

Over the last couple of seasons, the Egyptian's game has evolved at Anfield. During his first few years at the club, Salah was more of a goal-scorer for the Reds.

He was always searching for a shot. But then as his game has matured he has evolved to become not just a goal-scorer but a creator as well.

This is why he has become one of the best players in the world. The reason why he is a candidate for the Ballon d'Or.

Salah has become unpredictable in his ability to both shoot or create shooting chance for his teammate.

Now there is a player at the club's academy who is doing exactly the same thing.

Joe Bradshaw turned 17-years-old this summer and he's been playing for the club's U18 side since he was 15-years-old. He's regarded as one of the brightest young prospects in the Reds' academy ranks.

And he's been showcasing very impressive performances on the right-wing, akin to that of Salah.

So far this season, Bradshaw has three goals and two assists in just three matches for the U18 side.

He started the campaign with a goal and an assist against Stoke City, then registered an assist against Aston Villa and followed it up with a brace against Burnley.

All together it's not just been his goal contributions but his overall play that has been impressive.

Bradshaw has proven to be a constant threat on the right-wing. He's always an outlet for his teammates and a nightmare for defenders.

Comfortable with both feet, Bradshaw has that unpredictability about him. He can go on the outside and the inside and he can take on a shot or produce a pass into a dangerous area.

He's ready to make the next step in his career and earn a promotion to the U21 side at Liverpool. He'll also be a dangerous player in the U19 team competing in the UEFA Youth League.

And based on his form at the moment you cannot rule out an ultimate promotion to the first team. If he maintains his numbers, sooner or later Arne Slot will want to have a look at him.
