Liverpool forward joins exclusive club
Liverpool players are constantly creating history whenever they take to the pitch.
Mohamed Salah, for example, seemingly breaks records every few games he plays for us, such is the standard he's delivered over the past eight years, and two weeks ago, Rio Ngumoha's debut goal against Newcastle meant he became our third youngest goalscorer, with his finish the latest we have ever scored a goal in a Premier League game.

And even off the pitch, we've see records shattered, Florian Wirtz and Alexander Isak potentially both breaking the British transfer record, depending upon whether certain add-ons are triggered.

You really don't have to look hard to see historic moments unfolding before your eyes and while the players are out on international duty this week, one Liverpool star has just joined an exclusive club.
Danns makes his England captaincy debut
19-year-old striker Jayden Danns featured for the England U20 set-up on Friday night against Italy and he was given the honour of captaining the side, a landmark moment in his career to date.
Not only did the occasion give him leadership which is only going to enhance his reputation at Liverpool, but the honour suggests he is viewed highly by the international set-up - a huge compliment.
While the fixture resulted in a 2-1 loss for the Young Lions, it was Danns who scored England's consolation goal, capping off a proud night for the teenager.
Having the right to captain his country is something that the striker will have dreamed of and by doing so last night, he's now etched himself folklore, joining an exclusive club of players.
In general, the minutes he played will be looked at as a huge boost for Liverpool, since attacking numbers in Arne Slot's senior squad are a little low, even despite Isak's recent summer arrival.
Furthermore, while two high profile strikers are now at the club - Hugo Ekitike and the Swede - the addition of Danns will give the head coach a few more tactical options to consider if he can keep his fitness level up for the long-term.
Liverpool decided to not loan out the Englishman this summer and so his career is a project that is one that requires due care and attention. The more he plays, the better his first-team chances are.
