Video: Ibrahima Konate floored Cristiano Ronaldo last weekend

Liverpool came up against Manchester United at Old Trafford last weekend.

Centre-back Ibrahima Konate made his second Premier League start for the Reds in the aforementioned fixture.

During the first half of the clash, the Frenchman showed that he is a physically strong defender. As you can see in the footage below, Konate successfully tackled and floored Red Devils forward Cristiano Ronaldo.

The 22-year-old registered a WhoScored player rating of 7.33 for his 90-minute performance against Manchester United, which highlights that he did play well.
