Liverpool confirm star's BRILLIANT news

Liverpool have announced some important news regarding one of the players.

While we often focus on the players in a footballing sense, it is often easy to forget they are ordinary people as well, just like you or me.

So when Dominik Szoboszlai managed to get himself on the scoresheet in Liverpool's visit to Brighton on Monday night, his celebration created an opportunity to update the world on his news.

Regardless of whether his effort in the 47th minute can be described as a cross or a shot, the Hungarian managed to get the ball in the back of the net to score notch his 15 goal contribution of the season.

Straight away, he went to grab the ball and stuff it up his shirt, a celebration that most players use to signify that they are set to become a parent because their other half is expecting a baby.

Just a few minutes after the moment, the club confirmed the news in a social media post.

Earlier on in the season, we saw Curtis Jones, Darwin Nunez and Alexis Mac Allister all do the exact same thing as part of a quirky way of announcing the news.

In footballing terms, this should make no difference to how the players perform on the pitch, although they might happen to be a little more tired once the baby arrives.

But the players feeling comfortable in their surroundings and planting roots in the area is great news to hear and Liverpool fans up and down the country will be delighted for him.

The squad has often been viewed in terms of being one big family, with the players thoroughly enjoying spending so much time with each other on and off the field.
