Liverpool star's fate looks SEALED after emotional social media post
Liverpool are champions of England for the 20th time. Arne Slot’s side have long since wrapped up the Premier League title and it was party time on Sunday.
Anfield witnessed the title-winning party that was denied to the players back in 2020. Crystal Palace were the visitors but the 1-1 draw was ultimately a sideshow for Liverpool’s trophy lift.

The Reds’ players were in jubilant form, bouncing around Anfield and savouring the atmosphere they created. However, for some of them, it will inevitably be their final taste of success on Merseyside.

Head coach Arne Slot and sporting director Richard Hughes are planning big changes. And that means outgoings. FSG are not prone to throwing money around and it is likely Slot and Hughes will have to sell before they make any significant signings.
Harvey Elliott struggling for game time
Among those tipped for the exit is avowed Liverpool fan Harvey Elliott. The 22-year-old attacking midfielder has been taken to the hearts of Reds’ fans since joining from Fulham back in 2019.
However, with only two years left on his contract and no room in Arne Slot’s lineup, it looks like a parting of the ways is on the cards.
Elliott was front and centre at the title party, but his activity on social media afterwards hinted that his time at the club was up.
"Thank you" says Harvey Elliott
“Memories for life! Thank you reds,” he wrote on Instagram, followed by a love heart emoji.
The England under-21 international has been sending signals in recent weeks that he could consider a move away, given the relative lack of action he’s had under Slot.
Brighton and Borussia Dortmund are among the teams associated with a move for Elliott, with the Reds reportedly prepared to consider a £40m to £50m bid for the creative talent.
Elliott squeezed out by Wirtz arrival
Having given his all throughout his time at the club, and becoming a fan favourite in the process, it will be a bittersweet farewell for Elliott.

He is however at the stage of his career where he deserves to be more than a bit-part player. With Florian Wirtz seemingly on his way, that will be another obstacle in his way at Anfield.
