Surprise! Darwin Nunez MEGA-DEAL back on
Liverpool look ready to cash-in as a mega-deal for Darwin Nunez is suddenly back on. The Reds can make a fortune here.
Liverpool hope to overhaul their squad quite a bit this summer. That's despite winning the Premier League at a canter last season.

But the Reds just aren't happy with what they've got. We've already seen a new right-back come in with Jeremie Frimpong, while Milos Kerkez is expected to arrive at left-back.
Florian Wirtz, with any luck, will be the major acquisition in attack. Though, there is still room for a centre-forward to arrive.
That's because Liverpool hope to sell on of their current strikers. Darwin Nunez is on the chopping block, having completely fallen out of favour under Arne Slot.
Where he's off to is the only real question - but maybe we've finally had an answer.
Darwin Nunez deal back on
Liverpool had a major offer from Saudi Arabia for Darwin Nunez back in January, as exclusively revealed by Anfield Watch. Al-Hilal were the club in for him - they were willing to pay around £70m for the Uruguayan.
Liverpool said no, however, as they didn't want to lose a first-team regular mid-season. There are no such qualms this summer and Nunez is free to leave.
But there has been an issue with the deal. Al-Hilal turned their sights to Victor Osimhen, who is expected to leave Napoli permanently.
They've pushed and pushed for a deal but, per journalist Buchi Laba, Osimhen has finally turned down the move. He wants to remain in Europe with a top club and compete for honours.
That will turn Al-Hilal's attention back to Nunez, who had accepted their offer in principle back in January. Sport Zone is among those claiming he's still at the top of their shortlist.
Al-Hilal will not sign both Osimhen and Nunez. They will almost certainly sign one of them, however, and now the latter is their only option.

That £70m offer may well return shortly, then. With the Club World Cup approaching, it could all be sorted quite quickly.
