Liverpool Transfer News: Star privately CONFIRMS move
Liverpool are right on the verge of another deal. One star has confirmed privately that the is happening.
The busiest summer in Liverpool's history? It's an argument already and we're not even in July.

The Reds have sold Nat Phillips, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Caoimhin Kelleher to West Bromwich Albion, Real Madrid and Brentford respectively. More sales are on the way, too.
Florian Wirtz is the headliner joining the club. He's now the club-record signing at an initial £100m, paid to Bayer Leverkusen.
Liverpool also sent £29.5m to Leverkusen for Jeremie Frimpong, while Armin Pecsi has signed as a genuine prospect in goal. Milos Kerkez should follow - a deal there is essentially sorted.
But Liverpool certainly aren't stopping there. There's a lot more to come, in fact, and another high-profile sale looks to be all but done.

Darwin Nunez to Napoli
Darwin Nunez is privately telling people that he's moving to Napoli. This is an expected move, of course, and far from a surprise - but it sounds as though all is done here.
Fellow Uruguayan and former Napoli star Walter Gargano dropped the news on Radio Kiss Kiss.
"I heard Darwin Nunez, he told me 'yes, I'm coming to Naples. I'm waiting to close [the deal]'," he said, per Area Napoli.
That one should be incredibly close, then. Liverpool have been in talks with the Italian champions for a little while now, supposedly over Federico Chiesa, too.
In fact, Napoli reportedly offered Victor Osimhen to Liverpool for the pair (and €20m). That's something that might still materialise if the cards land a certain way this summer.
For starters, though, Nunez will be off to Napoli, ending a three-year stay on Merseyside. The striker was so close to being everything Liverpool wanted but in the end, he couldn't fulfil his undoubted potential with the Reds.

Perhaps a move to Napoli helps him do that. We'll certainly be backing him.
