Liverpool Transfer News: Star SLASHES wage demand by €10m
Liverpool may have a decision to make shortly after one star dramatically lowered his wage demands. The Reds have a lot of deals on the go.
Liverpool are currently working through a deal for Florian Wirtz with Bayer Leverkusen. It's one that will dominate their summer, almost certainly smashing the Reds' transfer record.

In fact, that one will likely break the English transfer record, too.
But it's far from the only deal on the go. Liverpool just sold Caoimhin Kelleher to Brentford, while Jeremie Frimpong has arrived from Leverkusen.
They're reportedly in discussions over Milos Kerkez, too. Then there are the potential sales of Luis Diaz and Darwin Nunez - both wanted in Saudi Arabia and La Liga.
There are several other deals to watch out for this summer but one of the most interesting is with Alisson Becker. Especially if new reports are accurate.

Alisson Becker and Turkey
Alisson has been linked with a move to Galatasaray this year, with the Tuskish champions after someone to replace club legend Fernando Muslera. The Uruguayan departed this summer.
Liverpool's no.1 would obviously be a dream signing for them but previous reports suggested his wage demands were far too high. That might have changed, however.
Journalist Ali Naci Kucuk has told Futbol Arena that Alisson has dramatically dropped his wage demands. They previously sat at around €25m per year but there's now a suggestion that he'd accept €15m.
In doing so, a deal becomes a lot easier for Galatasaray. There was essentially zero chance at the previous figure but €15m? They might be able to make that work.
Of course, it also depends on Liverpool's willingness to sell Alisson. That's an interesting one this summer as Giorgi Mamardashvili arrives from Valencia to rival the Brazilian.

Liverpool might be able to be persuaded into a sale, though we doubt Galatasaray have the financial power to do so. Maybe they'll find a way to make a surprising offer, though.
