Liverpool ready massive offer to agree deal for Mo Salah 2.0
Liverpool are reportedly ready to make a significant offer for a player who will now follow Mohamed Salah’s path at the club.
The Egyptian King didn’t always hold that title. In fact before his arrival at Anfield many doubted whether he would even be good enough to make the grade at Liverpool.

A lot of those perceptions were based on Salah’s inability to catch the eye at Chelsea.
Prior to Liverpool, that was his only experience in the Premier League and it was an overwhelmingly negative one.
Salah struggled to make an impact and failed to win over Jose Mourinho, with Eden Hazard proving impossible to oust from his position.
But Chelsea’s loss would turn out to be Liverpool’s gain. Just like it had done many times over the last few years.
From Daniel Sturridge to Glen Johnson, Dominic Solanke and Rio Ngumoha - so many former Chelsea players have become cult favourites at Anfield.
And now another could be following in the footsteps of Salah and co.

According to The Telegraph Liverpool are expected to make a 'significant offer' for Marc Guehi.
The England international and Crystal Palace captain is on the market this summer after entering the last year of his contract.
With Jarell Quansah expected to join Bayer Leverkusen, Guehi could be the perfect replacement bringing in a wealth of experience for a centre-back who is yet to turn 25-years-old.
And yet many Liverpool fans seem sceptical of this move. In fact some have turned their noses at the prospect of signing Guehi.
This feels like another Salah situation. Perceptions of Guehi are tainted by his time at Chelsea.
The youngster came through the club’s academy system but was only able two make two measly League Cup appearances for the club’s first team before being sold on.
But this was a foolish decision from Chelsea. Guehi was always one of England’s best centre-back prospects.
He proved that at the U17 World Cup scoring for England in the final to win the tournament for the Three Lions.
Since then, he’s become a full England international earning over 20 caps despite playing for Crystal Palace - not necessarily a team from where England managers look to select players for the squad.
Guehi has also become more than just a squad player. He’s probably a first choice, having proven himself as one of the best players for England at Euro 2024.

That’s why this is an example of Liverpool investing smartly once again and signing a huge talent under the noses of everyone else - just as they did with Salah all those years ago.
