Incredible Liverpool transfer is ON

An incredible Liverpool transfer is now on the cards and it could make this summer even more exciting.

The Reds are Premier League winners, and they are acting like one in the market as well.

When it comes to the transfer window so far, Liverpool have won big time, over and over again. When it came to convincing Florian Wirtz to join the club, the Reds managed to sway him over Bayern Munich and Manchester City.

Real Madrid and Manchester City came calling for Milos Kerkez but again it was the Reds who won the race.

A little bit later, when Chelsea and Manchester United wanted Hugo Ekitike, it was Liverpool who his heart desired.

The club's sporting director, Richard Hughes, has cajoled a lot of new signings already this summer to make the choice in favour of the Reds.

But there is more on the way. And one could be an incredible transfer.

With Hugo Ekitike coming in, Liverpool's attack is looking in great shape. In the Frenchman they have secured a supremely talented player who can be one of the world's best in the years to come.

At only 23-years-old, he's a generational talent and will be a key player for the senior French national team, that already boast an exciting group of attacking talents.

But even with Ekitike's arrival, Liverpool's attack isn't completely stocked with options. Right now, it may be. But then you take into account the fact that Darwin Nunez, Luis Diaz and Federico Chiesa could all leave, and you start to run out of options very quickly.

There's a strong possibility the trio could be moved on, and if that's the case Liverpool will need more firepower in attack.

For that role, if you had one wish, who would you name?

The answer is Alexander Isak. He'd be an incredible transfer. Normally, though Liverpool wouldn't be going for a player like him. He's too established, too overpriced, especially after the spending spree the club has had this summer.

And yet, this incredible transfer is actually very credible at the moment.

Liverpool are pursuing Isak. The transfer is on. He has made it clear he wants to leave Newcastle United and the BBC has confirmed that Liverpool remain interested in him.

This is a saga that is going nowhere. Isak to Liverpool is 100% on, and what a transfer this could be.
