Fabrizio Romano confirms Premier League interest in Liverpool-linked Juventus wonderkid

Yildiz was signed by Juventus from Bayern Munich’s academy back in 2023 and is currently contracted to the Serie A giants until 2029.

Romano on Premier League menace

Fabrizio Romano - the Italian transfer supremo - has now claimed that the real “menace” for Juve in the transfer hunt for Yildiz is coming from the Premier League.

Declining to name names, Romano nonetheless stated that a move for Yildiz could be on the cards next summer if no new deal is agreed with the Turin club.

“Premier League top clubs are keeping a close eye on Kenan Yıldız,” Romano told his YouTube audience.

“Now, it’s too early to mention names. This is not a deal for January at all. So this is going to be, eventually, a topic for the summer — if Juventus won’t be able to reach an agreement with Kenan over a new contract.

“From the Premier League, they’re starting to move. They are starting to make some contacts. They are starting to explore the situation. So the Premier League is really keeping a close eye on the development of Kenan Yıldız.”

Yildiz plays mostly off the left but can also feature as a second striker and a natural No10.
