Former Red Jamie Carragher has recently been talking about Liverpool left-back Andy Robertson.

The Scouser was asked by a fan on Twitter which of the current generation of Jurgen Klopp’s players could be a pundit in the future.

Carragher believes that Robertson could go into the media once his playing career comes to an end.

Anfield Watch Verdict

There is no denying that Robertson has the confidence to analyse football matches. The left-back often faces the media before and after matches.

However, Robertson's playing career is far from over. The Scotland international is only 27 years of age.

Therefore, Robertson won't be going into the media anytime soon.

On another note, the defender has been a superb player for Liverpool. The Reds signed Robertson from Hull City for a transfer fee of €9 million back in the summer of 2017.

The left-back has scored six goals and registered 43 assists in 197 appearances for Liverpool.

Robertson has also won the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Super Cup, FIFA Club World Cup and Premier League title with the club.
