And the Reds won’t stop there; there are plans afoot to add a new No9 with Hugo Ekitike emerging as the clear frontrunner. And depending on what happens with Ibrahima Konate’s contract we could even see a new centre-back walk through the door.

But it’s not only signings that Liverpool have been busy with. Contract renewals remain of the utmost importance - with Conor Bradley leading the way.

Liverpool secure Joe Bradshaw deal

Alongside the Northern Irishman Trey Nyoni has also agreed to a first professional deal - safeguarding the future of one of the brightest midfield talents in the English game.

Rio Ngumoha meanwhile is expected to follow suit once he turns 17. Also issued a new contract this week has been Joe Bradshaw.

An exciting winger who loves taking his man on - and with a real eye for goal - the 17-year-old has been with the Reds since under-12 level.

Bradshaw a promising winger

He has risen steadily through the ranks since his move from Accrington Stanley - featuring extensively in the U18 Premier League last season.

The wideman scored 14 times and was called up to play with the Reds’ UEFA Youth League side too. Hopes are high for the teenager and now comes the confirmation that he has put pen to paper on a professional deal.

Bradshaw is a former England U16 international and will be hoping to kick on with his development at the AXA Training Centre with the Reds in the years ahead.
