Liverpool right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold has opened up on his rise from the Academy to the first-team.

As you can see/hear in the footage below, the Scouser reveals how his childhood led to him representing Liverpool's senior side.

Back in October 2016, Alexander-Arnold made his debut for the club's first-team against Tottenham Hotspur in the League Cup.

Since then, the 23-year-old has gone on to make 188 appearances for Jurgen Klopp's side.

Alexander-Arnold has also won the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Super Cup, FIFA Club World Cup and Premier League title with Liverpool.
