Video: Takumi Minamino's clever finish against Preston

Liverpool forward Takumi Minamino found the back of the net against Preston North End at the Deepdale Stadium last night.

As you can see in the footage below, Neco Williams' accurate cross gave the Japan international the opportunity to score.

Minamino's finish was very tidy. The 26-year-old slightly opened up his body, which ultimately allowed him to find the bottom-left corner of the net.

Liverpool defeated Preston 2-0 to progress to the quarter-finals of the League Cup.

Minamino has scored three goals in three appearances for the Reds so far this season.
