Video: Footage of Harvey Elliott highlights that he is on the mend

Liverpool midfielder Harvey Elliott broke his ankle back in mid-September.

However, the 18-year-old is recovering well. As you can see in the footage below, Elliott can now put a fair bit of weight on the ankle that he injured.

At the time of the injury, it was reported that the 18-year-old would miss six months of action.

It will be interesting to see if Elliott can return to action sooner than six months. There is no denying that the Englishman is on the mend. However, Elliott's career is only just beginning.

Therefore, we would prefer the midfielder to complete his rehabilitation correctly. There is no point in Elliott rushing his recovery.
