Liverpool have a player worth at least £50m following his recent performances.

There's a lot of talent in Arne Slot's squad at the moment. There's going to be even more talent added to the Reds over the course of the summer.

We have already seen Florian Wirtz and Jeremie Frimpong added to the squad, who are two world-class individuals. Now one of the best young players in the Premier League is going to be added to that mix as well in Milos Kerkez.

On top of that, an elite goalkeeper in Giorgi Mamardashvili is also arriving through the doors at Anfield to challenge Alisson Becker.

But obviously, it won't just be talent arriving at the club this summer. There will be departures as well.

Some players will feel their futures lie elsewhere given the investment into the team or how sparingly they were used under Slot last season.

This could see Liverpool say farewell to an incredibly talented player who now has to be worth around £50m at the very least.

Harvey Elliott has not been very fortunate under Slot's reign. He's struggled for minutes in the team and couldn't really compete against the brilliant physical and technical qualities of Dominik Szoboszlai.

But that is not to say Elliott is a bad player. That's far from true. In fact, Elliott is an incredibly talented player. You don't become the youngest player in the Premier League, making your debut at just 16-years-old if you don't have exceptional talent.

You also don't play as many games at the age he is for Liverpool, without being a quality player.

Last season, Elliott did his best every time he did get an opportunity as well. Overall, he averaged 0.86 goal contributions per 90 minutes, which was the second highest for Liverpool - behind only Mohamed Salah (1.14).

That shows you the level of talent we are talking about. Elliott is one of a kind, and he's proving that for England's U21 side at the moment.

The Liverpool attacker scored a brace to secure qualification to the final of the U21 European Championship for the Three Lions in a tense semi-final game against the Netherlands.

On the night, Elliott proved to be the difference, scoring two really well-taken goals to get his team to the next stage of the competition.

In total he now has four goals in five matches at the tournament and is on course to become the player of the competition, should England lift the trophy.

He has been by far and away the best player for the Three Lions and it looks like he could make the difference for them winning another title at this level.

It has been reported that Liverpool value Elliott around £40m to £50m. After these performances there is no question that the Reds should be looking at £50m as the bare minimum.

In this market, a player of his quality is a £50m player at the very least. Liverpool cannot let him go for anything less.

And it also just goes to show the level of talent in Slot's squad that Elliott is just one of a number of players who is valued at this price range or higher.

The fact that Liverpool can afford to let a £50m player go is also another level of luxury.
