Video: Cesc Fabregas names former Red as the best midfielder in Premier League history

Pundit Rio Ferdinand recently interviewed former Arsenal and Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas.

The 43-year-old asked the Spaniard to name the best midfielder in Premier League history. Fabregas said Steven Gerrard.

The former Red was an elite footballer. Between 1998-2015, Gerrard scored 186 goals and registered 150 assists in 710 appearances for Liverpool.

It was a sad day when the Scouser departed Anfield. Gerrard was a player for the ages.
