Jurgen Klopp enthuses over Trent Alexander-Arnold skillset

Jurgen Klopp has said that the skillset of Trent Alexander-Arnold is something he has never seen before and that he doesn't know of another player quite like the Liverpool right-back.

The defender earned another two assists in the EFL Cup during the week, with his second a fine cross-field pass to Diogo Jota who sealed the game against Arsenal moments later with a deft dink.

The threat that Alexander-Arnold has from the right hand side of defence is incomparable to any other player in his position.

Certainly, you have to compare him more to the likes of Kevin De Bruyne when it comes to providing such accurate, threatening passes and crosses.

He's world class, and is back to his very best this season.
