Goalkeeper Adrian started for Liverpool against Aston Villa at Villa Park yesterday.
However, the Spaniard did not have a good game. Adrian finished the Premier League match with an overall player rating of 3.83.
As you can see in the footage below, which has been tweeted by Anfield Edition, there was one moment where Adrian ran away from the goal posts. Aston Villa nearly scored as a result, but the crossbar saved the Reds.
Some Liverpool supporters have reacted to the aforementioned footage, and it is not great reading for the goalkeeper.
klopp has to be blamed for keeping him at the club

He is like a headless chicken, just clucking around oblivious to his surroundings.

You'd have done well to sign Joe Hart.

ANFIELD WATCH VERDICT
Only Adrian can explain what he is doing in the above footage. We can’t really explain why he would be running away from the goal posts. It was clearly a mistake which almost led to Aston Villa scoring, but it was nothing more.
Adrian’s aforementioned player rating highlights that he had a poor game, but we aren’t going to roast him.
As you can see above, some Liverpool supporters aren’t a fan of Adrian. But, the Spaniard played a huge part in Liverpool securing the UEFA Super Cup last season.
The UEFA Super Cup clash against Chelsea went to penalties, and Adrian was the hero, as the Reds won the shootout 5-4.
Adrian played a part in Liverpool securing some recent silverware, so he does deserve a bit more respect.
