With that being the case, we thought that we would take a look back at the 2005 Champions League final.

Liverpool came up against AC Milan in Istanbul. The Reds were 3-0 down at half-time.

However, Liverpool managed to score three unanswered goals in the second-half. The Reds eventually went on to win the match 3-2 on penalties.

Liverpool secured their fifth European Cup by defeating AC Milan back in 2005. It was a special night for those associated with the Reds.
