Liverpool and Leeds United have reportedly entered talks over the potential transfer of attacker Harry Wilson, with the Welsh international bagging seven goals and eleven assists last season in the Sky Bet Championship for Cardiff City.

The left-footed ace is a very decent player and has shown his quality during loan spells away from Liverpool at the likes of Derby as well as the Bluebirds.

However, he seems quite likely to leave Liverpool rather than get a real run in the first-team and he could head to Yorkshire and sign for Leeds United this summer.

This claim comes from Mercado Ingles, via the Mirror, who report that talks have begun over the potential switch of Wilson to Elland Road, though it remains to be seen if an agreement can be reached.

Can we have Raphinha as part of the deal?

Wilson is a good player but it seems quite clear that he should potentially be leaving Liverpool this summer in order to really kickstart his career.

Indeed, he needs to be at a club on a permanent basis where he is playing regular football and Leeds United may well be able to provide that under Marcelo Bielsa.
