Some Leeds United fans were not happy with Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah last Monday night.
During Liverpool’s recent Premier League clash against Leeds United at Elland Road, Salah landed on Diego Llorente’s knee.
The Egyptian international jumped to avoid Llorente’s slide tackle. However, Salah ended up landing on Llorente’s knee.
Some Leeds United fans have taken to Twitter to give their opinion on the incident. The aforementioned supporters believe that Salah deliberately landed on Llorente’s knee.

Just in case anyone isn't convinced Salah's stamp was deliberate, look at these pics and tell me it's a natural action… pic.twitter.com/569pt8Fm4n

If any Leeds player had stamped on a Liverpool player the way Salah stamped on Llorente it's a straight red#lufc

ANFIELD WATCH VERDICT
At Anfield Watch, we have felt the need to defend Salah for the incident involving Llorente, and we will explain why.
Only Salah knows whether he deliberately meant to land on Llorente’s knee or not.
However, having seen the footage, we don’t agree with the aforementioned responses from the Leeds United fans.
VAR reviewed the incident. Salah was not even given a yellow card, which does highlight that the Egyptian international did nothing wrong.
Salah landing on Llorente’s knee was nothing more than an accident.
