Liverpool are interested in signing Talles Magno, according to Brazilian journalist Jorge Nicola, whose comments have been relayed by @Zizoulogy on Twitter.

Apparently Liverpool are willing to pay £18 million for the Brazilian. Liverpool reportedly want to sign the 18-year-old before his value rises.

However, Liverpool will reportedly only approve a fee for Magno if there are no issues in regards to a work permit. Vasco do not need to sell Magno.

Magno currently has a market value of €4.50 million, which does suggest that he is not worth £18 million.

But, if Liverpool are prepared to pay the aforementioned figure for Magno, it does suggest that they believe he is worth it.

Michael Edwards and Jurgen Klopp have assembled a side that has won the Premier League title, so they know what they are doing.

Magno is a forward. Footage of the youngster highlights that he can dribble with the ball. He seems to beat players with ease. Magno also has end product in front of goal.

Magno has made 17 appearances for Vasco. He has scored two goals and registered one assist.
