With Liverpool recently announcing a multi-year kit deal with Nike, we have decided to showcase some of the concept kits which have been produced.

However, there were a few issues Liverpool had to deal with before announcing the new deal. Liverpool’s current suppliers, New Balance, took the club to court over a renewal clause in their contract late last year.

New Balance were looking to stay on as Liverpool’s kit supplier, but the club were looking to part ways due to the offer Nike had presented.

Th club won the dispute, and the worst kept secret in regards to who would be supplying Liverpool’s kits as of next season was announced yesterday.

The deal is reportedly worth around $40 million per year and will last five years. It will start June 1, 2020. Below is some concept kits created by some talented people.

Some of these concept kits are terrific. Obviously the kits developed by Nike could look completely different, but they certainly give a sense of what could be produced under the new kit manufacturer.

There is quite an expectation on Nike, which ultimately means there is pressure. Hopefully the kits look as superb as the ones above.
