Liverpool have been handed a boost ahead of their Champions League game with AC Milan this week with Zlatan Ibrahimovic being ruled out from the game.

The Italian giants are back amongst Europe’s elite and it’s certainly good to see a side of such stature amongst the top tier of the continental game.

However, the Reds need to beat them come tomorrow night’s kick-off and they have been given a boost in their chances to do so with this news from Fabrizio Romano:

ANFIELD WATCH VERDICT

Ibrahimovic remains a top class player despite being in the latter stages of his career and so Milan being without him obviously helps the Reds.

It should be a top occasion tomorrow night.
