Wilson spent the entire 2019-20 Premier League season out on loan at Bournemouth. The winger scored seven goals and registered no assists in 31 Premier League appearances last season.

The aforementioned numbers highlight that Wilson did not have a superb season for Bournemouth. However, the important thing is that Wilson played quite a few games in the Premier League.

That is experience he would not have gained at Liverpool, which is why Reds boss Jurgen Klopp loaned him out.

It will be interesting to see what the club do with Wilson next season. Klopp has stated in the past that Wilson can succeed at Anfield.

With that being the case, we would like to see the 23-year-old get an opportunity at Liverpool next season.

We don’t want to see the club sell or loan Wilson out to another club like Leeds United. We want to see if the Welshman is good enough to play for Liverpool on a consistent basis.
