Liverpool signed Ben Davies from Preston for a transfer fee of €1.85 million on deadline day of the January transfer window.
Despite the fact that Davies has been at Liverpool for just over a month, he is yet to make his senior debut for the club.
Twitter account @LFCTransferRoom stated that Davies has trained ahead of tonight’s Champions League clash between Liverpool and RB Leipzig.
However, some Liverpool supporters responded to the aforementioned tweet stating that Davies won’t be involved against RB Leipzig.

ANFIELD WATCH VERDICT
It is hard to disagree with any of the aforementioned responses. If Davies has not played for Liverpool as of yet, why would Reds boss Jurgen Klopp give him a debut against RB Leipzig?
Davies must not be showing enough in training, otherwise he probably would have made his Liverpool debut by now.
Hopefully Davies gets an opportunity before the end of the season. Right now, we have no idea why the club even signed Davies.
Davies made 19 appearances in the 2020-21 Championship season before he arrived at Liverpool. That highlights that the 25-year-old has gone from being a regular starter to a squad player.
