Jordan Henderson and Georginio Wijnaldum should both be rested against Manchester United after playing 180 minutes during the international break.
The Liverpool skipper played the full 90 minutes against Czech Republic and Bulgaria while Gini was fully utilised by Ronald Koeman against Northern Ireland and Belarus.
Both midfielders are first-choice options for Klopp but need to be rested against Manchester United this weekend, with James Milner, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Naby Keita all fresh after a two-week break.
Fans would love to see Keita return to the side and sink United but with little game time so far, the Guinean might not have enough rhythm for such an intense game.
It’s unlikely that Klopp will drop both Wijnaldum and Hendo so it would be great to see Milner introduced for one of them as his big-game temperament is perfect for Sunday’s trip to Old Trafford.
Liverpool supporters are desperate to see a midfield three of Wijnaldum, Keita and Fabinho but with a huge record on the line this weekend, it seems unlikely that three will be used.
If both Hendo and Wijnaldum are started against United then Klopp will need to look for opportunities moving forward to give them a chance to rest.
