With Liverpool Football Club recently signing a new kit deal with Nike, there is plenty of excitement in regards to what the kits will look like for next season.

Liverpool’s new kit manufacturer have stated that the Anfield faithful will get to enjoy a brand new look next season, as they are ditching the templates.

Nike senior director Heidi Burgett has stated: “We’re ditching the templates. For the 2020 kits, Nike designers had 65 chassis options available to them across varying necklines, sleeves, cuffs, badge placement, etc.”

Footy Headlines have released a colour scheme for Liverpool’s 2020-21 home, away and third kits. Now, they have gone a step further and released an image of Liverpool’s 2020-21 away kit.

Going by the colour scheme that Footy Headlines released all those months ago, I would not be surprised if this were to be Liverpool’s 2020-21 away kit. If this were to be the kit, there would be many disappointed Liverpool supporters.

It just does not look like the type of kit many thought Nike would create. However, it may look better when it is officially released. But, the first impressions are not great.
