Liverpool youngster Paul Glatzel has suffered a few injuries throughout his short career.

With that being the case, Glatzel’s development as a footballer has been halted.

However, Glatzel is currently fit and playing for Liverpool’s under-23 team. Some Liverpool supporters have taken to Twitter to praise the 20-year-old.

The aforementioned supporters believe that Glatzel has a bright future in the game.

ANFIELD WATCH VERDICT

We never want to see any Liverpool player sitting on the sidelines because of an injury, so it is great to see that Glatzel is back playing football.

Two years ago, the club released footage of some Glatzel’s best goals playing for Liverpool’s under-18’s. The footage proved that Glatzel is a very good finisher.

If the youngster can keep on improving, then there is no reason why he can’t play for Liverpool’s first-team in the future.

Hopefully Glatzel can remain injury-free for the rest of his career. He deserves a bit of luck.
