Liverpool’s No.1 goalkeeper Alisson is currently not available for selection because of a shoulder injury.

With that being the case, Liverpool’s No.2 goalkeeper Adrian is expected to start for the Reds against Everton at Goodison Park this weekend.

Adrian took to Twitter to imply that the Liverpool players are all thinking about the Premier League fixture on Saturday.

Adrian was really poor against Aston Villa at Villa Park before the international break. He finished the Premier League match with a player rating of 3.83.

But, Adrian’s tweet does suggest that he has put that game behind him, as he has implied that he is thinking about the Merseyside derby.

Hopefully that is the case, as we will need Adrian somewhere near his best against the Toffees.

Carlo Ancelotti’s side have scored 12 goals in four Premier League fixtures this season. The aforementioned statistic highlights that Everton currently have no issues finding the back of the net.

If Liverpool want to secure all three points against Everton, they will need Adrian to make some good saves.
